It was   honor galore for hardworking  Mr. Adesanya Waidi Adeola  whose career at NAMA has been marked by integrity, leadership, and dedication.

For posterity record as the Deputy General Manager of Records and Register in the Human Resource Department,  Adeola played a crucial role in modernizing the agency’s processes, transitioning from paper-based systems to efficient digital platforms that will serve NAMA for years to come.

His open-door policy and empathetic nature made him not only a skilled administrator but also a trusted mentor and advisor. Colleagues praise his humility and commitment to fostering a supportive work environment where everyone felt valued and empowered.

Mr. Adeola’s legacy goes beyond record-keeping. He was a passionate advocate for staff welfare and professional development, championing initiatives that helped many NAMA employees realize their full potential.

As he was  bid farewell the  remarkable leader, whose   career defined was defined by excellence and compassion.  Adeola, thanks  everyone for their support " I want to thank you all for this milestones in my carrer and life , without you behind me I don't think I can reach the pineapple or zenith of my working carrer as I bow out today i will continue to cherish and adored you for your invaluable corporation. I feel like not leaving but the law and rules doesn't allow life service. I love you all " 
However is invaluable contributions was not unnoticed as his friends, colleagues and even his childhood friends including his primary and secondary school mates ( The buddies) elougised his dexterity in carrying out his flawless 35years of unblemish services to the nation. 
"We wish you a joyful and fulfilling retirement!" They all chorused
