In a grand event held at the Ibadan North West L.G headquarters, Chief Sunday Olusegun Babanumi, amidst a sea of enthusiastic supporters, formally declared his intention to contest for the position of Member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Ibadan North West and Ibadan South West constituencies in Oyo State.

The atmosphere was electric, with a mammoth crowd of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) faithfuls gathered to witness the declaration. The crowd's excitement was palpable, as they welcomed Chief Babanumi's decision to represent them at the National Assembly in Abuja.
