It's a great day in the history of Methodist Church MCN Nigeria --The Rt.Ezekiel Oluyinka Akande 
Still basking in euphoria of double celebration of  Methodist Church Nigeria MCN Okota, Diocese of Lagos West, where it was inaugurated as a Special Area, while The Very Reverend Ayodele Olu Ajobiewe was inducted as the first pressbyster of the special area ,by The Rt.Rev. Ezekiel Oluyinka Akande JP, Diocesan Bishop, the church members have advised to be focused on expanding the church rather than dwelling on the double celebration.
Speaking with People and Events after the glamorous event 
" Today is a great day in the history of Methodist Church Nigeria MCN Okota Diocese of Lagos West. The Church is twenty years but it was inaugurated nineteen years ago. The reason for having this inauguration is to expand. So the members and the officials of the Church should not relax on their oath in taken the Church to the next level. And I think it's the right time for us to have done this. This special area must work very hard . They should aspire to bring all machineries in motion to make sure it works out"
